Vattenfall Eldistribution is now looking for an administrative property manager. Here you will be part of a team that conducts economic and legal property management on properties owned by Eldistribution.
The position involves updating and mapping digital information of a property nature. The tasks include, among others:
- Scanning and uploading documents into geographic systems
- Registering information about road associations and joint facilities
- Managing digital files, property information, and physical papers
Through this summer job, you will have the opportunity to see property management in practice, understand how one of Sweden's largest electricity network companies manages its properties, learn to handle extensive documentation, and manage mapping systems. You will get a taste of working life in urban planning, land management, and property management.
Requirements
Your Background:
- You are currently studying at a post-secondary institution, preferably in urban planning, civil engineering, or surveying.
- You have good computer and system skills.
- You have previously worked with mapping systems.
- You have knowledge of property law, the Construction Act, PBL, etc.
- You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience with Excel is an advantage.
We are looking for someone who takes responsibility for their tasks and can independently structure, plan, and drive their work forward. You adapt easily when circumstances change and can quickly shift perspective or work method as needed.
